Always happy with Active Super now merged with Vision has no customer service doesn't return calls.

Terrible one of the worst I’ve dealt with .ive tried changing to my new address for the past 8 years and they still have it wrong 3rd worst super on my gov list.. 10.5 million in fines green grassing members.plus I’m still waiting for my pitiful amount of retirement money they haven’t paid

Shameful display of holding my money when trying to transfer to another fund. Don’t trust them with your future funds. I have had no gains and no access to my account and my money for a month. And no contact from them.

Stay away from them. Have been trying to get them to roll-over my money to a new superfund for 5 months. They just keep stalling. Even lodging a complaint hasn't made a difference.

I have been with Active/LGS super for 30 years. Great fund! A big shout out to Melinda Gibson for providing personal guidance via one on one meets, workshops for all in my organisation. She provides you will all the detail you need/should to know. Melinda's focus on promoting superannuation to single women and guiding them through best practice is a valuable contribution, not only to her business but to the many women she has helped. I've been with Active Super - former Local Government Super - for over 10 years now and I couldn't be happier. Melinda is the most passionate and knowledgeable super manager I've had the pleasure to deal with. She gave excellent advice which sets me up well for retirement.

The app doesn't work properly to display your balance. When attempting to get it fixed the customer service was so poor that it's been months and no resolution. Would not recommend using Active Super.
