What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Superannuation coaching and finance services feature at Superannuation Solutions Australia, at 10 Eagle St in Brisbane City, with no fixed opening hours listed. One account describes a couple who, after struggling to save a home deposit, completed an online superannuation quiz and were contacted by David, beginning coaching sessions covering superannuation and finance, with Alannah and other team members supporting them towards that goal.
The other account concerns a self managed super fund enquiry: a detailed telephone message was left, James replied by text saying he was out of the office and that SMSF advice was not provided, which the caller felt conflicted with the website content, and a follow-up request for a referral went unanswered. Contact with named staff features in both accounts, one of which records disappointment at how an enquiry was handled.

Called about Self managed super fund, left detailed message. James texts backs, sorry not in the office today! We don't give advice on SMSF, therefore unable to assist you. All on his website is SMSF advice. I then texted back, being that he's in the industry if he could recommend anyone? No response.
