Have been with them since our SMSF was established over 10 years ago. They have been helpful at all times. And whoever said can't invest through CommSec is wrong as that is where mine is. You do need to have the settlement account elsewhere but who cares, that doesn't impact anything. For the price the service is very worthwhile. Only reason not 5 stars is there are aspects of the class reporting platform I feel could improve. However that aside does everything that can be expected.

Worst accountant I have ever dealt with. We have experienced many issues with this firm and their account manager Karl. Some of the examples are below: 1. The fees increases have been outrageous, amounting to over 100% increase over 5 years. 2. They made mistakes in incorporating our SMSF which caused audit issues. 3. They sent the details of their other clients to us by mistake. 4. They charge for their services one year ahead, unlike many other accountants who send a bill after the reports are completed. Recommend to think twice before signing up because once you decide to separate it becomes a time consuming and painful process.

Some of the worst customer service you will ever incur. They made me change from Commsec as apparently they didn’t ‘support’ the platform anymore. The process took close to 6months, cost me thousands of dollars and all the while they refused to speak to me in person to help unless I agreed to a service fee of $50 for every 15min.
