Amazing service from the staff with good super rates!
I met with Todd Livesley, their GM in WA and he was extremely helpful in guiding me through a thorough review of my super and it's current status. He gave me great advice on what steps to take going forward to place me in the best possible position when the time comes to consider retiring.

Going to say I was absolutely disgusted with this company. 1) I tried to transfer my super accounts via the ATO website.. Got a letter saying they need additional information which will only be accepted by snail mail post. 2) Rang up to get some clarification and the lady on the phone constantly talked over me, interrupted me... Wouldn't let me speak, then proceeded to hang up. Absolutely rude, I was nice and polite. Avoid this company, they aren't worth it. Don't invest. Don't support. Don't have your Super fund with these people, they will be as difficult as possible to be a customer with. Absolutely god smacked and disgusted.
