There is so much information and misinformation about aged care and it's hard to know what to do or who to trust when seeking advice. Within 10 mins of our free introductory chat, Shane alleviated our concerns, told us what forms to complete and provided a contact who can help us further. His motto is not to take a client unless he can help them. In our case, Shane explained we didn't need his services but he still gave us very helpful and informative advice.
