Do not recommend at all. I signed up a few years ago after they projected I would see a balance of xx amount in my super once I hit retirement age, which was fantastic, then only to have my annual review this year and be told it would be $700,000.00 less. After following this up further, I was told the person who signed me up, had told many people the same thing and has since been 'let go'. Further, they do not help at all, I have had two funds open the whole time, costing me double in fees. Do not waste your time with these people.

The premium for my IP cover will increase dramatically in July. Ash helped find the best value IP for me and I'm happy to say the new premium is a huge saving. Ash explained clearly why insurance providers don't offer agreed value cover and answered all my questions. Melissa like Ash was personable and knowledgeable. Melissa was also great to chat with, a good listener and pronounced my full name correctly (very few get it right). A sincere thanks to you Ash and to you also Melissa 🙂

Life is busy and having these guys call me, gives me the chance to see where my super is up to and make sure everything I have in place is still suiting my needs. Brittany was absolutely incredible in every way! She provided me with outstanding customer service in every way! She’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, easy to understand, never made me feel awkward or bad for asking as many questions as I did. Spoke with a lovely young lady and young man today in Brooke and Christian Whom were polite professional and very attentive to my personal requirements as far as plain and clear explanations.
