Highly, highly recommend Kirstie. We had a very complicated scenario having recently moved home from overseas, with changing income sources. They pick the competitive products from 3 financial institutions and recommend me the one that best suits my financial goal. Everyone in the team is extremely clear and helpful in their communications to me and no time is wasted in any unnecessary back-and-forth emails or calls. Throughout the process, I was updated with my application status and what I need to do to keep my application going.
