Ulton created a bespoke automatically updating reporting system (that we call our Dashboard) with information from our AccountRight accounting program. Although there are many different report options available within the accounting program, those are often cumbersome and need to collate various reports together to get the information we need. The Dashboard system is unique to our company and needs. For us the predominant reporting needs covered the following; inventory, cost analysis, yearly comparisons of inventory and customer usage and were reports that were not easily accessible within the normal accounting program. Ulton have created the reports in a very easily one place Dashboard that is easy to click and drill down on years, products, months and much more for any type of report. We use the Dashboard daily in making decisions and save plenty of time from old reporting methods. Ulton were excellent in the discussion to ensure the system would give us the reports that are specific to our needs. The initial set up as well as ironing out initial glitches was seamless. Since then we have been using the system for years with no trouble. Extremely happy with the system and service.
