What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
A Mildura enquiry about bonds and shares, made by telephone with a recorded message left afterwards, went unanswered. The caller had wanted to know whether the firm was the right place for a sum of half a million, and when no reply arrived, drew the conclusion that the direction of the enquiry did not match what the business handles.
A further search then led to Australian bond exchange, which responded quickly to the same question. What stands out is the absence of any reply, rather than any advice, meeting or follow-up. No completed work, document or strategy is described, and the experience is confined to the approach itself.

I called to obtain information about bonds and shares and if its the place to put half Mil. Unfortunately I have never heard back from the initial phone call and the recorded message that I had left, so I assume that as a result of the sort of enquiry I have made that my search was going in the wrong direction. So as a result I had seeked from a further search that a company known as Australian bond exchange (ABE) was quick to act on the enquiry and they was pleased to follow up by phone and as a result i have invested my life compensation into bonds for a secure future in life and am done for now. I'm not pleased with companys that state there claims of service,,, But at days end can't even bother to make a bloody call to answer any questions or concerns about the types of bonds available and how it works......
