This was one of the worst experiences my family has ever had. We were left feeling completely let down at a time when compassion, honesty, and professionalism mattered most. Also caretaker of the property like gardener, person who cleans the house was not paid weekly. Neighbours kept complaining but Kay totally ignored everyone and kept a heft amount. From my perspective, there was a serious lack of transparency in how matters were handled, and I felt my father's wellbeing was not given the priority it deserved while he was in hospital. I was also deeply disappointed by what I saw as a failure to properly maintain his property despite the resources that I believed were available. The entire experience left me with a complete loss of trust. I would never use their services again or recommend them to anyone. If you are considering this business, I strongly encourage you to ask detailed questions, keep thorough records, and seek independent advice before making any important decisions.

The guys at SFS manage our investments very actively and review our options against our risk appetite continually. Other fund mgrs say they do that, SFS actually does. They have a great knack for anticipating events and potential impacts, always hedging cleverly well in advance of downturns, and choosing growth opportunities wisely. This is reflected in the excellent performance of our superannuation portfolio through the GFC, the tech bubble and the decades before and after.
