We recently engaged SMSF Australia in Highgate, SA to seek advice and set up our SMSF, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Emily looked after our account and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was always quick to respond to emails and guided us through every step clearly and professionally. They also helped us set up a couple of bare trusts much faster than we expected — the turnaround time was impressive. In addition, they manage our SMSF’s annual tax return, and their service continues to be reliable and efficient. SMSF Australia offers very competitive pricing and consistently delivers a high standard of service. They clearly know their work very well. I couldn't recommend SMSF Australia more highly. I was a few years behind with my returns due to the complications of investing in crypto. Emily and her team assured me they would be able to sort everything out for me and within a few weeks the returns were processed and ready for lodgment with the auditors. I have had my SMSF since 2006 and I have had many accountants, and even lodged my own tax returns for a few years. To date, Emily Cooper has been the most efficient and professional accountant I have ever had. She responds very rapidly to emails, and tax returns are lodged within a week. She also charges very reasonable rates. I would refer her to anyone with a SMSF.
Emily was fantastic when we engaged them for helping us setup our own SMSF. She went out of her way to meet us and go through all the necessary details to get the SMSF setup and took care of the paperwork and administration to support this. Emily's knowledge about SMSFs was deep, she managed to answer all the questions we had, including some curly ones more specific to our own personal situation. Not only this but the service was excellent value compared to other companies we sought quotes from. Would 100% recommend this to friends and family and will certainly continue engaging them for the forseaable future supporting our SMSF.
