It's a good company — they were able to lend me money when others wouldn't, which I really appreciated. However, be aware that the interest rates are quite high. In my case, even with a secured loan, the rate was 28%, which is steep. Still, their willingness to help is a definite positive.
GREAT EXPERIENCE: We recently attended one of their seminars at Sydney, which wqs highly informative. We took up the obligation free one-on-one meeting with an expert to discuss our financial plans. Meeting with Ben was a refreshing experience. At no point did he put us under any pressure or sell anything. After carefully listening to our circumstances, provided some valuable tips and advised that we are in the right direction and indicated when it would the right time to engage with them. We will definitely reach out to Jacaranda in near future. Highly professional team!!
I have received solid financial advice from Jacaranda over many years and am extremely happy with their ongoing management of my superannuation fund.
