She joined Flynn Sprake in 2007, became a partner in 2008, and in 2019 completed a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.

Brian Sprake became a financial planner in 1984 and is a Justice of the Peace. Patrick Chipp began his career in financial advice in 2017 and holds a Bachelor of Business (Law) from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning. Charles King joined the financial advice industry in 2018 and is a current CFA charterholder. He completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Banking) from The University of Sydney and in 2025 completed the Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning.
