He provided helpful, easy-to-understand videos explaining my options and asked me to complete a questionnaire so the plan was tailored to my needs. When we met, he explained everything clearly and has a calm, personable manner that made the process comfortable. There was no pressure to decide straight away, which I really appreciated. Since starting the plan, we’ve already had a follow-up meeting, and Jarrod has made himself available anytime if I need support.
