This review of 5 stars is really well earned by the team at Silvan Ridge Wealth. Ben has been fantastic to work with. We had our first couple of meetings over Teams online getting to know each other and what could be offered to me to get my retirement plans on track for within the next couple of years or so. We made a few changes within what I was already doing. He offered me several options but indicated that staying where I was but with a more managed approach would be the better option fee wise and would still generate the income I was looking for. So he didn’t sell products just because he could. No pressure on my decision and always with a clear explanation and evidence to back up his reasoning for the options on the table. We did finally meet in person a few months later when I came home for a visit with the family. He was very welcoming and so far everything is working out great with my investments. I can’t speak highly enough of the team at Silvan Ridge for their professionalism particularly when I live in another state and we had to rely on the post and internet to get all the paperwork sorted. It was never an issue if I had to phone them for something or to clarify what was happening. Well done team. It is greatly appreciated for everything you have done for me.

The team at SilvanRidge have been fantastic!!! Carina has been amazing in navigating Centrelink directly for us, analysing contracts and providing guidance with our mothers Aged Care financial needs. Carina found anomalies in what we had already paid versus what we should have that meant we were due a refund from the home - the service has paid for itself in spades! Even though I’m in Melbourne, the process has been a breeze - email and phone communication has been fantastic and Zoom for face to face meetings as required. I would not hesitate in recommending SilvanRidge for financial assistance, Carina in particular!!
