We arranged an appointment in May 25 with Myles when we arrived and told him that we were retiring at the end of June 25 he was taken aback and explained to us that this process normally takes 12 weeks. He saw us on Public Holidays and late afternoon appointments he worked into our schedule. Within 6 weeks he had opened our personal retirement accounts and helped us lodge our paperwork with Centrelink. My Centrelink application was completed and accepted within a few weeks my husband’s took longer due to the fact that he was born and had worked in the UK as a young man. During this time Myles was in contact with us asking us how things were going and did we have any concerns or did we need help with the Centrelink requirements. We are very happy and grateful for the service that Myles has provided to us and would recommend his services.
