I woud put zero star if I could ! I have booked a 15-minute consultation with Rashesh for 12 p.m., a time I specifically chose because it was during my break. However, I never received the scheduled call. I sent an email, and only at 3:45 p.m. did I get the phone call. When he called, he said that there had been a medical emergency. I understand that emergencies can happen, but I still think this could have been addressed earlier, instead of keeping me on hold waiting. By this time, I was at work and could not talk to him, so I requested to reschedule to another time or day. But he told me that he is going overseas and cannot provide the service for me. This was very unprofessional and reflects very poor customer service. It shows a lack of respect for clients’ time. I feel like my time has been wasted and that I have been disrespected. If you know that you are going overseas and cannot take a new client, why did you even send me the invite and keep me on hold? That is highly unethical, and I am glad that I did not engage with this company, as it seems they do not have ethics or respect for their clients from the beginning.
