My experience with Fiducian Financial Services was great. The advisor (Drew) took time to really understand what my goals and concerns were and the resulting report and advice addressed both and it was provided in a timely, professional and easy to understand manner. I will highly recommend Drew and Fiducian to friends and family that are looking for good advice that is very personal not just one size fits all.

I was extremely lucky to b a client with fiducian financial. The help I received went far and above what I was expecting in a professional and understanding personal manner. The staff and my financial advisor provided swift and prompt advice in responding to whatever information I required as I was very unwell mentally and emotionally and really was needing some professional help. I was dealing with Centrelink and had applied for the disability support pension. I've worked all my life and was not able to work anymore. The process I went through caused so much stress and i was mentally and emotionally exhausted that it added to my already stressful situation. I have had suicidal thoughts and have bn on the edge a few times through my life with depression..... I eventually got the DSP 3 yrs later in 2020.I tried to do the paperwork for DSP in 2018 but it was just too hard for me at the time..In 2020 my financial advisor at the time said 4 little words "We can help U".... So welcoming after the frustration I had bn through..... Another financial advisor helped me negotiate the DSP forms. I felt like they were trick questions. He agreed. That's why he was bng so careful and he's a financial advisor!!!!....What hope does an ordinary person have accessing this help. All in all I felt the fiducian team have bn a tremendous help and I was lucky to have them support me.

I can highly recommend these guys and girls, they have been excellent in helping me through some tough times and decisions, I've probably given them quite a few problems to work out. The customer service, eg, follow ups have been efficient when needed, and they also knew when I needed some time not talking numbers as well. So my experience has been very easy with Fiducian, thanks heaps Drew and Sarah.
